Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
When opening an account with l89o, you must provide your correct name, phone number, and any other required information. If any of your details change, update your account as soon as possible. Once registration is complete, you become the owner of a personal account that is non-transferable.
3.2 Password & Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login information completely confidential. Never share your password or login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
l89o currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method. | Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within the expected time, contact support with proof of the transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, not to third-party accounts.
4.3 Prohibited Activities
Using the platform for money laundering, manipulation, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
l89o offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer applies only once per account.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- l89o reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit bonuses is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Settlement
The outcome of bets on any sports or gaming event will be determined by l89o's system. In the event of a technical error, l89o reserves the right to cancel or recalculate the relevant bets. The original stake amount will be refunded for any cancelled bets.
6.2 Prohibited Betting Activities
- Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts on the same event.
- Placing bets based on insider information or an unfair advantage.
- Using systems or software to place bets automatically.
- Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting).
6.3 Sports Betting Guidelines
l89o offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bet settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules. l89o does not guarantee any real-time live scores or results.
VIP Program & Rewards
l89o's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The final decision on determining and changing VIP tiers rests with l89o. l89o reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.
Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
